Make sure you agree with them what the furniture will look like, the ottoman we orderes was totally different to what we spoke about, this was fixed but I think getting this agreement upfront on paper would have prevented the rework.

Update 29 May 2021 - Sadly this sofa is not what I expected in the way of quality. The longer chaise section of the "L" shaped sectional is starting to sag in the middle and the large cushions that you sit on have a memory of where people sit in them. Over time I expect cushions to show some use but it's only been 9 months.
Outstanding service, beautiful and well-priced furniture and accesories. Store is conveniently located just off Witkoppen and close to the highway. I must reiterate that the service was absolutely refreshing. Good to see there are people that take pride and love their work. Looking forward to my next visit

Our couch’s material was problematic and we noticed it after a few months. Sofaworx came out to inspect it and did not ask questions. Offered to replace it immediately. We went to pick a new material. They came out to fetch the couch and brought back the new within 3 days. Excellent client service from Justuis and his Team. Well done!

First Class service and First Class product. Highly recommended. Warm welcome into the showroom, very helpful service and vast range. My sofa and chair turned out better than expected, very fast turn around. Also the delivery Guys were very good, considering the building manager wouldn't let them use the lift and they had to carry up the sofa three floors.

I would recommend to anyone to consider fabric choice carefully when choosing a couch for comfort. I didn’t know but this significantly impacts the comfort of the couch as well.

I love my new Clifton Bed from Sofaworx! Super modern finishes which suits my room perfectly. The height of the bed is perfect, the fabric is stunning too. Overall, so happy with it. The delivery was also swift and well executed, took their team 5 min to assemble on site. Would highly recommend!

I visited Sofaworx in Cedar Square this past Sunday and I was assisted by Matthew who was very patient as we looked around the showroom and sat on multiple couches. I saw an “L-shaped” couch that I really liked, but knowing that they close at 2pm I decided to think about it and left the store. On Monday I called in hoping to purchase the couch I saw at the entrance not knowing that they need to order the couch which takes more than 4 weeks to arrive and since they do not sell what’s on the showroom floor. I spoke to Andrea, the store manager, she was extremely helpful when I told her I needed a couch ASAP! She managed to source a new couch for me. Andrea and Matthew were extremely accommodating. Their service was beyond exceptional. Thank you for the great service and I cannot wait for it to be delivered!

Exceptional Service
We contacted Sofaworx as the slider mechanism of our sleeper couch, which we purchased from them in 2018, was faulty.
They immediately offered to collect it and repair it at their factory. When I explained that we needed it on an ongoing basis for our short-term letting apartment, they then said that they would send their technicians to the apartment for the repair, something that they normally do not do.
Justin contacted me for the original purchase details, Taryn of Customer Care kept in touch on a daily basis, and sent Fagrodien and Edgar to the apartment for the repair.
They arrived on time and both worked quickly and neatly, and in no time the couch was good as new.
Everyone at Sofaworx was a pleasure to deal with, and we can't thank all of them enough for their exceptional service.
Our daughter has bought a number of items from Sofaworx as well, and has only good things to say about this company's service and quality.

Incredible after sales service. I purchased a couch for a property which hosts airbnb / short term guests and about 7 months after purchasing, a guest decided to put out their cigarette on one of the cushions. Tarryn, Tanya and the rest of their team went above and beyond to make the couch as good as new again and I know where to buy couches when I need to in the future.
