We had just upgraded to our dream home and wanted furniture to match, so our excitement was through the roof. Then we met Matthew Austin at Sofaworx Cedar Square, whose incredibly friendly, calm and patient manner was exactly what we needed.

We arrived with all sorts of ideas: custom changes, different fabrics, a chair from one collection paired with a table from another, and, of course, the legs had to be black! The poor man was effectively dealing with two children in a sweet shop on Christmas morning, yet nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Matthew’s knowledge of the furniture industry and Sofaworx’s products is exceptional. He listened carefully, understood exactly what we were trying to create and found a way to accommodate everything we asked for. Most importantly, he guided us with such a calm and reassuring manner that we never once felt rushed or pressured.

We could not be more impressed. We felt genuinely looked after and completely confident that we were in the best possible hands. It is incredibly rare to find someone so knowledgeable, capable, patient, thoughtful and genuinely likeable, especially when shopping for high-end furniture.
