I purchased a lounge suite plus an extra slip cover in 2019. I Sold my home and placed it in storage. Opened the slipcover package in 2023 to discover I was given the incorrect slip cover. Called your Belville office, received great communication and my slip cover was replaced plus delivered to Langebaan.👏👏👏👏

Exceptional Service We contacted Sofaworx as the slider mechanism of our sleeper couch, which we purchased from them in 2018, was faulty. They immediately offered to collect it and repair it at their factory. When I explained that we needed it on an ongoing basis for our short-term letting apartment, they then said that they would send their technicians to the apartment for the repair, something that they normally do not do. Justin contacted me for the original purchase details, Taryn of Customer Care kept in touch on a daily basis, and sent Fagrodien and Edgar to the apartment for the repair. They arrived on time and both worked quickly and neatly, and in no time the couch was good as new. Everyone at Sofaworx was a pleasure to deal with, and we can't thank all of them enough for their exceptional service. Our daughter has bought a number of items from Sofaworx as well, and has only good things to say about this company's service and quality. We have no reservations in recommending Sofaworx as an ethical service provider.
